Douglas Reich
Doug Reich is the Founding Member of Anthony Capital Management, LLC (ACM), an investment management firm he established in 2012. With more than 30 years of experience in the hedge fund and Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) industry, he specializes in quantitative trading systems, portfolio management, and alternative investment strategies.
At ACM, Mr. Reich oversees systematic macro programs across a range of asset classes, including domestic and global credit, small- to mid-cap equities, and commodity futures. The firm serves qualified wealth managers and institutional investors through separately managed accounts and customized portfolio solutions, acts as sub-advisor to the Optima Strategic Credit Fund (OPTCX), and manages the Anthony Capital Management Metals Fund on the Galaxy Plus Platform.
Mr. Reich holds the Series 3 license and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1993 with a B.S. in Physics and a minor in Mathematics.
Stephen Henderlite
Steve Henderlite has more than twenty-five years of experience in the hedge fund and CTA industry, specializing in quantitative and systematic investment strategies, portfolio management, asset allocation, and risk management.
He was previously Chief Investment Officer of Synergie Capital Management, LLC, a CTA focused on short-term trading strategies, and served as COO, CCO, and Portfolio Risk Manager for Mission Advisors' energy-focused hedge fund. Over his career, Mr. Henderlite has built and managed customized hedge fund portfolios for family offices, trust companies, and institutional investors — including as founder and CIO of Trail Ridge Capital (now 361 Capital) and as senior analyst at Benchmark Plus, a $1.7 billion fund of funds.
Mr. Henderlite holds a BA in Chemistry from Earlham College, an MPH in Epidemiology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and an MA in Economics from the University of Washington.
